Corporation-For those companies looking to self insure their workers’ compensation
risk, MFAS can perform the necessary feasibility studies to determine
if self insurance is right for you. Since we have extensive
knowledge of the excess insurance industry, we can also develop
the necessary contracts that would be needed to self insure your
risk. MFAS can also negotiate
a contract for your company with a qualified, high quality, claims
handling firm licensed in the state of Michigan. We take
your company right through the entire approval process with the
Michigan Workers’ Compensation Agency.
-Associations in Michigan
are allowed to pool their members into a group self insurance
fund for workers’ compensation. This
can be a vary valuable membership service designed to keep membership
