Kennel Pro - Full Animal Mortality Program

We will pay for the loss of the “Covered Animal” caused by:
            Death due to an accident, injury, sickness or disease
            Theft (theft does not include straying, escape or mysterious disappearance)

Exclusions:
            Neglect in providing proper care or treatment
            Loss of use, loss of market or any other consequential loss
            Reduction of value from becoming unfit or incapable of fulfilling the functions or duties for which it is kept or intended.
            Any elective or performance related surgical procedures
            Any act committed by you or at your direction with intent to cause loss
            Seizure by or destruction by order of government authority

Rates:  
            $ 7.00 per $ 100.00 of value
            A minimum premium of $ 250.00 applied
            More than one dog can be covered to reach the minimum premium

There are a number of factors in determining the value acceptable to the company.
