Customer Service Representative
Mourer-Foster, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.  Applicant must have 2 years or more of Commercial Line Customer Service experience in insurance.  Commercial Lines Processing will be the predominate portion of workflow.  Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, the ability to work alone or as a team member.  Experience with Applied Systems software preferred, but we will train.  We offer an excellent working environment, competitive salary and fringe benefits package.  Responsibilities may include: handle all inbound customer calls, answer questions and concerns from the customers, maneuver through various computer screens and enter information into the database, review orders for accuracy and completeness, create any necessary adjustments.  Job Requirements: must have 2 years or more of Commercial Lines Customer Service, high school diploma required, basic sales skills, demonstrates proficiency in meeting timely objectives, demonstrates ability to adapt and respond appropriately to evolving work demands, proven ability to problem solve and take appropriate actions, proficient knowledge of standard office equipment including PC skills, demonstrated the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, experience in a fast paced environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
